Coaches

Meet Our Coaches

At Delmarva Rush, we believe that great coaching is at the heart of player development. Our travel team coaches bring years of experience, passion for the game, and dedication to guiding players both on and off the field. Each coach is committed to the Rush Way—developing confident, skilled athletes who love the game and are prepared for the next level.

Our coaching staff holds certifications through U.S. Soccer, United Soccer Coaches, and other recognized organizations. Beyond their licenses, our coaches are mentors, role models, and leaders who create a positive, competitive, and supportive environment for every player.

Coaching Expectations

Delmarva Rush coaches put player safety and wellbeing first, ensuring safe playing conditions and proper care at every session. All coaches and managers are required to complete a background check, SafeSport training, and Heads Up concussion training through their GotSports account each season. In addition, coaches commit to leading positive, structured practices, attending games and Club events, and upholding the Club’s Code of Conduct to foster good sportsmanship on and off the field.
